TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CRAFT KITS – Updated Feb 7, 2021
NOTE - This rarely, if ever, changes, so if you read it once you won't likely have to read it many times.
WHAT DO I SELL, WHERE IS IT FROM
I sell mainly collectibles like, coins, elongated coins, stamps, postcards, gift cards, jewelery, breweriana etc. But I also have a huge amount of parts, instruments, equipment that are going up for bid. These items are mostly from customers, stockpiles, clearances, a few businesses, etc. Stuff that's deemed surplus, used, new, obsolete, older, drawer filler, etc, but also some very useful stuff. Most everything I auction is 'a one of', meaning I just have 'a one of' it. When it goes it is gone.
CHECK THE PHOTOS
I am an amateur photographer, go by the pictures. I try to show front and back of each item.  The photos are of the actual item you will receive. Even though I often use a photo light box the colours can be off, it's a technical thing, take it into consideration.
PAYMENTS
Since I list on Ebay.com (USA) all amounts are in $US. Ebay does my billing.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
There is no item Pick-Up available. Shipping is out of near Ottawa, Canada. Using Canada Post standard or expedited Letter, Lettermail and Parcel rates. Within Canada there is no small packet rate, if a package is over 20mm thick or does not contain just paper, Canada Post considers it a parcel.
Handling is included as part of S&H. I try to be fair and make it a function of shipping rates. On occasion I find some creative ways to ship items far cheaper for you by repackaging slightly. Packing is done with costs in mind, as weight goes up so does your shipping costs. I pack so it should survive routine postal handling.
File a claim with your local post office prior to opening your package if any damage is seen to the packaging. Stuff happens, however I know your item made it to my local post office in great condition.
Expect shipping delays depending on the USA border depending on 'security alert code of the day'.
Any customs, duty, taxes, import fees, etc are at the buyers responsibility and are not included in the purchase.
RETURNS
I OFFER NO RETURNS, as I ship out of Canada. Neither you nor I want to pay double the shipping, duty etc to bounce items around shipment terminals. There should be no need to return items as I describe items clearly and with photos. Email me if you disagree.
SPECIAL HANDLING REQUESTS
Any Special Handling Requests are at buyers request and cost.
IT DIDN'T ARRIVE YET
Most North American letter mail should arrive in a week or two.  If not relax, let me know and then give it another week or so. It usually arrives a few days after you are absolutely positively sure it isn't coming etc. Let me know so I don't assume you got it and all is well, I'll worry with you.
